In early 2020, the COVID‑19 outbreak struck Wuhan, and under the citywide lockdown, frontline medical staff faced an acute shortage of N95 and surgical masks. When one region was in crisis, support poured in from all corners—starting on New Year’s Eve, mask manufacturers across the country canceled their Spring Festival holidays, workers rushed back to work overnight, and production lines ran around the clock.
Sanxi responded enthusiastically to the government’s call, resuming work and production on the second day of the Lunar New Year. Leaders and employees willingly forwent family reunions, staying at their assembly lines; through countless overtime shifts and countless sponge‑filled masks, they built the strongest possible support in the fight against the epidemic. Each mask made with sponge is like a little elf, carrying compassion as it rushes to Wuhan and flies to every corner of the country where it is needed!
