Job Description:
Product Quality Inspection and Organization: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of finished products such as sponge pillows and mattress covers, remove surface dust and debris, and sort out nonconforming items—such as those with tears or stains—to ensure that all products awaiting packaging meet quality‑inspection standards.
Bagging, shaping, and packaging: Match the appropriate packaging materials to the product specifications, and perform bagging, smoothing, and shaping in a standardized manner to ensure a neat, well‑fitted package free of wrinkles or missing seals.
Equipment Compression Operations: Proficiently operate compression packaging equipment, strictly adhere to process specifications to complete product compression and venting, and carefully control compression dimensions and compactness. Additionally, perform routine basic equipment adjustments and ensure proper safety precautions.
Sealing, boxing, and placement: Seal the compressed products to prevent air leakage; arrange the finished goods neatly in cartons according to packing standards, optimizing space utilization.
Packing and warehousing verification: Carefully check the specifications, model numbers, and quantities of each carton to ensure they match the order requirements; complete sealing, packaging, and reinforcement, and affix product labels and batch information as required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to market development, meticulous attention to detail, strong resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit. Familiarity with social media management and trade show operations is advantageous, and willingness to undertake short‑term business travel and external exhibition participation is required.
